RFP for design, creation, and installation of vinyl wraps on seven new activity buses for a South Carolina school district.

Submit sealed proposals by mail or hand delivery to the specified address.
Clearly display the RFP number on the envelope.
Submit proposals by the deadline; late proposals will not be considered.
Ensure all prices and quotations are in ink or typewritten and remain firm for at least 45 days from the proposal date.
Visibly mark any proprietary information as 'CONFIDENTIAL'.
Certify compliance with federal and state anti-trust laws.
Certify compliance with the South Carolina Drug-Free Workplace Act (for awards over $50,000).
Certify compliance with South Carolina ethics and tax withholding amendments.
Certify that prices were arrived at independently and not disclosed to competitors.
Certify not currently debarred, suspended, or ineligible for federal/state contracts.
Certify no convictions for fraud, criminal offenses, antitrust violations, embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification of records, false statements, tax evasion, or receiving stolen property within the last three years.
Certify no contracts terminated for default by a public entity within the last three years.
Submit a signed Cover Page and all other required information and documents.
Certify that the company and its principals are not currently under debarment or suspension and are not listed on SAM.gov.
Ensure all offers are signed by an individual with actual authority to bind the Offeror.
Submit one original, five copies, and one digital copy of the proposal.
Provide redacted copies of proposals for public disclosure.
Initial any erasures or changes on proposal forms.
Develop vehicle graphic design layouts for 7 Aiken District high schools, incorporating mascots and school colors.
Use 3M (1080/2080) or Avery (SW900/SW950) digital wrap media, or equivalent, with a 5-year outdoor durability expectation.
Use Inkjet Window Film Material CLEAR FOCUS ~8 mil, or equivalent, for perforated vinyl.
Ensure materials are applied without scratches, tears, bubbles, or other visible defects.
Install materials according to manufacturer instructions.
Ensure proper adhesion and color/shape retention for outdoor durability.
Complete installation within 10 business days per vehicle.
Take reasonable precautions to avoid vehicle damage during material removal.
Provide a minimum of three public school district references for similar projects, preferably from South Carolina, including contact details and project specifics.
Demonstrate proven experience with K-12 institutions.
Demonstrate satisfactory performance with K-12 public school districts over the past five years, with contracts similar in size and scope.
Possess appropriate finances and employee resources to perform the required work.
Submit evidence of liability insurance and Worker's Compensation upon request.
Maintain required minimum insurance coverage throughout the contract term.
Furnish a certificate of liability insurance (ACORD 25) naming Aiken County School District as Certificate Holder and additional insured.
Maintain specific liability insurance limits as detailed in the RFP (Commercial General Liability, Business Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation).
Have a local service organization trained in equipment servicing.
Comply with the Federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
Enforce strict discipline among employees and not permit employment of unfit or unskilled persons.
Include manufacturer's latest literature showing complete product specifications.
Dispose of all wrappings, crating, and other disposable materials at the end of each working day and upon completion of installation.
Comply with OSHA CFR 1910.1200.
Provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of product.
