A government authority in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a vendor to provide active learning classroom remodel services for its main campus. The project involves the interior renovation of existing classrooms located in multiple buildings. Key activities include the demolition of existing finish flooring, ceiling systems, and interior gypsum on metal stud partition walls.
The new construction work will require the installation of carpet flooring, new ceiling grid, gypsum on metal stud partition walls, casework, and upgrades to electrical, data, and mechanical systems.
