The government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive accounts opportunity program services aimed at enhancing the ability of low-income individuals and families to save and utilize funds for pivotal needs such as education, job training, the purchase or major repairs of a primary residence, business start-up costs, and other approved purposes. The selected vendor will administer district, federal, and third-party matching funds for each dollar saved by program participants enrolled in the Opportunity Accounts Program.
Responsibilities include the development and implementation of an Internal Standard Operating Procedures Manual, which outlines policies and processes for the Opportunity Accounts Program, as well as creating a Procedures Manual for Opportunity Account holders. This manual should provide an overview of the program, describe policies, procedures, requirements, and include an FAQ section along with relevant contact information for program staff. The vendor will be required to report on the program’s activities, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and supporting participant success.
