A government authority in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a qualified vendor to provide accounting and bookkeeping services for fiscal years beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. Services will include managing accounting records related to grant funding, restricted and unrestricted donations, and tax revenue.
The selected vendor will be responsible for recording all financial transactions, including cash disbursements, receipts, credit card and merchant services activity, and various journal entries. Additional duties involve assisting with vendor tracking and responding to accounts payable inquiries, processing payroll for up to 50 employees with cost allocation across multiple funds, and helping with budget preparation for foundation grants, government contracts, and organizational programs.
The provider will also process and maintain accurate records of both restricted and unrestricted donations. The contract term is set for three years, supporting the financial operations and compliance of the government authority throughout this period.
