An Ontario agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional services for its Accela Civic Platform SaaS solution. The chosen supplier is expected to have personnel with demonstrated expertise in Accela, capable of delivering services on an as-needed basis.
Key responsibilities may include second-level application support, deployment of new features and modules—including modifications, customizations, and enhancements—workflow optimization, new system configurations, integrations, reporting and data analytics, and platform upgrades.
