The organization is seeking a vendor to provide an absence management and automated time tracking system. The solution should track attendance through web-enabled computers, smart devices, biometric hand scanners, fingerprint readers, or any combination thereof. Supervisors must have the ability to generate reports and manage all aspects of employee time, including arrival, departure, lunch breaks, fieldwork, and attendance records.
The system must include paid time off (PTO) management capabilities, permitting management, supervisors, and employees to use computers or smart devices to view PTO balances, as well as request and approve PTO by category. Integration with the current payroll system (PowerSchool ERP) is required.
The contract period for the implemented solution will be one year.
