The US Army Reserves, 99TH Readiness Division, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Ft. Dix, MDL, New Jersey, seeks to procure Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, materials, and services to support the Division’s real property needs, adhering to the requirements in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This acquisition will be a single firm fixed price contract and is set aside for 100% 8(a) Competitive Set–aside participants under NAICS code 531390 (Other Activities Related to Real Estate), with a small business size standard of $19,500,000.00. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and comply with all submission requirements as will be specified in the formal solicitation. The official solicitation is expected to be posted around March 30, 2026, on SAM.gov, where all updates and amendments will be published.
