The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is announcing a pre-solicitation for a $90 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This contract focuses on the sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) of government facilities through construction, renovation, and modernization projects within the Philadelphia District and the North Atlantic Division Areas of Responsibility. Most task orders are expected to be undertaken within the Philadelphia District.
The MATOC is set aside exclusively for small businesses and will be awarded using a two-phase, best-value selection process, considering both price and technical merit. Up to five contract awards are anticipated. The contract will support both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods over a five-year ordering period with a total contract value of $90 million.
Work under this contract may include a range of services such as new construction, renovation, minor repair, modification, rehabilitation, and alterations of existing buildings. Projects will encompass all disciplines required for vertical construction under NAICS 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), adhering to a small business size standard of $45 million.
