DESCRIPTION

The city in Michigan is seeking a qualified vendor to fabricate and install new 9-line trailhead signage. The project involves the creation and installation of large, 190-inch long, and small, 120-inch long, fabricated aluminum signage with cut-out plate letters. The signage will be installed on concrete bases and must incorporate colors as depicted in project specifications. All paint color samples are to be submitted to the city planner for final approval prior to fabrication.

The installation locations are specified on the south side of 9 Mile, with one large sign's final position dependent on easement determination. Vendors are required to attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for March 19, 2026. All project-related questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2026.

This project requires vendors to manage both fabrication and installation, ensuring coordination with the city's planning department and compliance with all specified color and material requirements.
