The county government in Kane, Illinois is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive operational assessment and consulting services for its 9-1-1 emergency communications. The assessment aims to enhance operations, workplace culture, staffing efficiency, and overall service delivery.
The scope of work includes a detailed review of operational policies, training practices, scheduling, staffing resources, managerial structure, and employee retention strategies. The consultant will benchmark against industry standards and best practices, and is expected to gather information through confidential interviews and surveys with staff and stakeholders.
