DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking information pertaining to a data migration solution for the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform. The desired solution must be capable of exporting data on a recurring basis from one air-gapped, on-premises Windows-hosted 2025x 3DX instance and securely importing this data into another air-gapped, on-premises Windows-hosted 2025x 3DX instance. It is essential that data migration preserves data integrity, digital threads, and all metadata, with traceability throughout the process.

Unlike traditional overwrite methods, the solution must continuously merge and add data, accommodating ongoing work in both instances without deleting existing information. Initially, a full data transfer is required, with the ability to transfer only new and updated data during subsequent operations. The solution should also allow for validation of data and digital threads in the target instance without referencing the original source.

Vendors are asked to provide a concise description of their proposed data migration approach, including recommended team structure, full-time equivalent (FTE) requirements, labor mix, and estimated timeframe for project delivery. This opportunity is set aside for total small business participation, and all questions regarding the RFI must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
