The selected vendor will provide 340B program and pharmacy strategy services, including a strategic assessment and pharmacy feasibility study. The study will address offsite community pharmaceutical services, operation and assessment of an onsite remote pharmacy dispensing unit, and the pricing, contracting, and maintenance of the dispensing unit.
The engagement will include negotiation and coordination with the onsite contracted pharmacy regarding the dispensing unit and the method of delivery to patients. The vendor will also develop a strategic business plan for 340B expansion, including a five-year pharmacy strategic business plan and five-year financial pro forma.
Additional services include a compliance risk assessment, development of a 340B implementation roadmap, implementation support, and launch readiness assistance. All questions must be submitted by September 11, 2026.
