The selected vendor will provide comprehensive services and rental equipment to support a community commemorative event for the 250th Anniversary of American Independence at the State House on July 4, 2026. Services include setup, on-site servicing, replenishment, and post-event breakdown and removal of all equipment.
Contractor responsibilities entail timely installation, safe operation, and site restoration, with all setup activities beginning at 7:00 A.M. on the event day and complete readiness by 9:30 A.M. The event will run until 12:30 P.M., after which breakdown starts promptly at 1:00 P.M., with removal and restoration completed by 4:00 P.M. Equipment requirements include a code-compliant elevated stage platform (10'x10') with installation and dedicated on-site labor to monitor and replenish water levels to suit event needs.
