DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Columbia, South Carolina seeks a vendor to print and deliver a 2026 guide based on the following magazine technical specifications:
The print run will consist of 19,500 copies of a magazine with up to 116 pages plus a cover, all produced in a single issue. The cover must use 80# UV glossy stock with color matching to a provided sample, while the inside text will be printed on 50# house offset white stock. Four-color process ink is mandatory throughout, with the cover receiving an inline flood dull/matte aqueous coating and inside pages featuring full bleed. The finished, folded size is 8.5” x 11”, with a flat size of 11” x 17” (excluding spine width). Production files are expected in Macintosh format.
A minimum of 6,500 copies must be delivered to the specified address by May 18, 2026, with a copy-ready date of May 11, 2026. The contract is for a one-year period. Questions regarding this project must be submitted by April 27, 2026.
