The government authority in Colorado is seeking a consultant to support the implementation of the 1115 Waiver. The selected vendor will provide both internal and external support, offering subject matter expertise on leveraging Medicaid funding for the operation of high-quality supportive housing.
Key responsibilities include understanding and advising on how differing implementation strategies may affect various provider types, such as federally qualified health centers, comprehensive safety net providers, and essential safety net providers. The consultant will also be tasked with developing effective coordination pathways among supportive housing providers, funders, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication of updates and changes within the supportive housing services landscape.
Additionally, the consultant will help create and monitor benchmarks and dashboards to track the progress of the 1115 Waiver Implementation. Questions regarding the RFP are to be submitted no later than April 22, 2026.
