A government authority in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide a dedicated, uncontended 10 Gbps Internet circuit to multiple locations. The vendor will be responsible for supplying, installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning all required infrastructure up to the defined demarcation point.
The service must include ongoing monitoring, support, and maintenance, adhering to the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The minimum requirements for the solution are 10 Gbps symmetric bandwidth, dedicated non-oversubscribed service, single-mode fibre optic medium preferred, and a 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface. Optional pricing for increased bandwidth tiers such as 20 Gbps and 40 Gbps is also requested. All questions regarding the RFP are to be submitted by May 6, 2026.
